ERGO Project Partners Meet in Athens for the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting
On 20–21 April 2026, EDUMOTIVA – European Lab for Educational Technology had the pleasure of hosting the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2) of the ERGO project in Athens, Greece.
The two-day meeting brought together project partners and teachers from the participating countries to review the progress achieved so far, exchange ideas and experiences, and coordinate the next steps of the project.
A key focus of the meeting was the transition towards the next phase of ERGO. Partners discussed the finalisation of the work carried out so far and kickstarted the design
of an online professional development course for teachers on teaching Robotics and Creative Coding online. The course will provide educators with practical knowledge, methodologies and resources to support engaging learning experiences in robotics and coding.
The meeting also provided an important opportunity to look ahead to the project’s participatory design activities, where teachers will have an active role in shaping educational resources, as well as to begin planning the upcoming pilot activities.
Teachers’ participation in the Athens meeting was particularly valuable, bringing practical classroom perspectives into the discussions and helping the consortium connect the project’s development work with educators’ real needs.
The meeting was characterised by a highly collaborative atmosphere, open communication and constructive discussions. Feedback collected from participants follo
wing the meeting was very positive, with an overall evaluation of 4.93 out of 5. All respondents gave the maximum score to the meeting’s organisation and preparation, its contribution to project progress, and its effectiveness in strengthening collaboration and aligning partners on the next steps.
