For registration in an educational program/course:
Cancellations are allowed up to 1 week before the start, with a full refund. After that, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

For the purchase of educational resources (in digital form):
Access is provided to a summary, table of contents, and a preview (5 pages). No refunds are available.

For the purchase of educational materials (in physical form, e.g., printed worksheets, books, STEAM experiment kits):
Products can be returned and replaced if they are defective. A 100% refund will be issued only if there is no stock available.

For the purchase of tickets for conferences and registration fees for events:
Cancellations are allowed up to 1 week before the event, with a full refund. After that, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

In the event that a course or event is canceled by Edumotiva, a full refund will be provided. If the event is rescheduled, clients will be given the option to either receive a refund or be automatically registered for the new date.
