Konstantinos Pipis
EU Project SupportKonstantinos Pipis is an accomplished Electrical and Computer Engineer with an MSc in Environmental Remote Sensing and a PhD specializing in eddy current modelling for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). He brings over eight years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer at the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO), where he has developed extensive expertise in power systems operation, distribution networks, grid reliability, and infrastructuremanagement. In parallel with his professional engineering career, he has served as a university lecturer for more than nine years at Greek higher education institutions. He has designed and delivered undergraduate courses in Power Systems and Control Systems, demonstrating strong capabilities in curriculum development, academic leadership, and effective instruction to large and diverse student audiences. Konstantinos Pipis combines advanced technical research expertise, hands-on power systems engineering experience, and proven academic teaching ability, positioning him as a well-rounded professional bridging industry practice and higher education. He currently supports the AI4BIOSTEM initiative.
