Booking and Payment Arrangements for CONSTRUIT 2017
The pricing and payment arrangements are as follows. Booking and payments can only be made through the booking page which is given at the bottom of this page. Booking will be open on Wednesday 10th May.
Payment is by credit or debit card only. If you join the Conference Interest Group (which is free of charge), you are entitled to a discounted rate (approximately 15% discount). If are already a member, and if you now join, you will receive a ‘Promotional Code’ which you should enter on step 1 of the booking pages. We strongly recommend joining the Interest Group – as well as the discount there will be other advantages in doing so whether you can come to the Conference or not.
On the booking form in step 1 you can choose from three ‘routes’: Day Delegate, Residential Standard or Residential Premium. If you choose Residential you will have the following packages for all four days (from Thursday 13th July to Sunday 16th July):

Standard and Premium accommodation both have en suite facilities. The rooms in Premium are equipped and built to a higher standard, are larger and the bed is larger (width is 4ft, compared with 3ft 6 ins in Standard). Forgive the units I use – but they remain in very common usage here for bed widths! 1 inch = 2.54 cm, and 12 inches (ins) = 1 foot. The main windows in Premium are floor to ceiling. The building itself is close to Tocil Woods and Lakes – a small Nature Reserve.
The remaining accommodation consists only of single rooms, we regret there are no double rooms on the campus available now for our conference period. If you like a double room please contact Jane Gray (jane.gray@warwick.ac.uk) or Steve Russ (steve.russ@warwick.ac.uk) for a list of local B&B’s or hotels.
The 4 Day Packages include access to all sessions, tea/coffee and lunch every day, and dinner on Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
If you choose Day Delegate at step 1 you will get to choose the components of your stay separately (including accommodation!).

The 1 Day Package always includes access to sessions on the day(s) chosen, tea/coffee and lunch. It can be chosen with accommodation as shown (on the night of the day chosen), and dinner is an option on all the 1 Day packages. You can choose two or three 1 day packages if you wish. There is no payment for Sunday.
A little exploration will show that the 4 Day Package is very good value! The booking deadline has been extended until Thursday 6th July. The deadline for refunds in the event of cancellation remains at Friday 30th June.
